This beautiful naval dagger which is made by Eickhorn has the back to back squirrels and also on the spine of the ricasso. It has the distributor and the town on both sides. The damascus is a beautiful maiden hair and on the one side it is given by Hans Jurjen to Hans Virchow. Both men served on the same cruiser which was known as the “Victoria Louise”. They later went on to serve with an air unit. Very rare and Virchow entered WWII as a major with an air wing. It is pictured in the Glemser Book Vol. 4, page 148.
