This exceptionally fine condition dagger has a near mint blade with a factory inscription in a traditional Eickhorn panel. It is exceedingly rare to find Luft daggers that are factory engraved. It is pictured in Wittmann’s book on page 88 for a full description and it is dated 1937. The scabbard itself is in excellent condition. Leather does show a little edge wear between the upper and middle fittings. All the nickel furniture is turning into a nice dark patina. It has the original nickel silver chain affixed and a nice dagger knot.
