Description
This is a text book example of the mourning dagger. These are always by Robert Klass and have the stepped shoulder on the lower tang of the blade and the grips are always cut out to receive this shoulder. this dagger is in overall near mint condition with no blemishes and still retains all the burnishing on the fittings. the dark gold still remains on the swaz and the grip wire wrap is perfect. The blade on this piece is stunning and has all the cross graining down to the tip. Very rare to see these style daggers and even more rare to see one in this condition.
