Description
The grip of this piece is made out of a gray and red Jasper stone. It is a type of quartz found in East Prussia. It has beautiful silver fittings. The top of the grip has a sun- like symbol, probably for somebody of royalty. The blade, which does have scenes of wild boars, does show some surface pitting. It has silver filigree work encompassing the grip and a silver cross guard.
