Description
This is a true SA Marine dagger which is not to be mistaken with the NSKK Marine gold daggers. These came with black scabbard and painted black wood grips. A true rare piece that is in very nice condition as well. The blade is a stunner with all cross grain and a dark burnishing to the motto and maker mark. The grip is the correct painted model which has worn a bit, but still shows much of the paint remaining. The center eagle is extremely nice as is the SA roundel. The scabbard is the correct black version and is clean and fits the piece perfectly. These do not come up for sale very often and this is a prime example of this rare dagger.
