Description
Nice look to this dagger with matching even patina to the entire exterior of the piece. The blade is in excellent plus condition and shows a few runner marks, but no damage. At the base of the blade is a clean struck Weyersberg makers mark and a Waffen proof just above it. The guard and pommel look good and the swaz shows much of the original gold remaining. All fittings are made from nickel silver and fit nicely. The scabbard leather as well as the grip shows just minor wear to the blue leather. The most interesting part of this piece is the top fitting to the scabbard is marked to a Flight Regt. making this a very unique dagger.
