Description
Fantastic overall look to this combat piece which shows honest wear from being used, but no abuse. The frog shows your typical sun faded tone and no damage and has been on the piece forever. The scabbard shows no heavy dents and fits the bayonet perfectly. The blade shows remnants of the original blueing, but has worn a bit from use. Grips are clean and free of cracks and the release button functions perfectly. The base of the blade and the throat of the scabbard have matching numbers and the pommel has the proper waffen proofs. One of the coolest looking K98 bayonets we have seen in a bit and would look excellent on tropical mannequin display.
