Description
This extremely rare pattern is a picture of a pioneer regimen crossing the river on their pontoon boats. It is featured in the bayonet book on page 158 . The overall condition is exceptional and the oval pontoon scene retains all of its background burnishing. This is the long model, extremely hard to find. It has a nice leather movable washer, minor wear to the plating. It has an original painted scabbard which is about 90% and a black dress frog attached.
