Description
This is the closest thing I have seen to the coveted Naval 4×4. It is done in bullion with the fringe in bullion just like the larger flags. It is one-sided with no oxidation and in near mint condition. It measures approximately 9 inches by 9 inches and would look great in a Naval collection.
