Description
Very nice and very interesting Weimar period sword. This piece is the same pattern as the Third Reich models but has crossed cannons on the cross guard representing Artillery. The most interesting part, that we have never seen on these models is the very ornate and detailed D-guard which shows pierced through detail to the oakleaves. Normally they are a solid piece without the holes and shows the extra craftsmanship that was done on this model. Retains 100% of the gold to the entire piece and shows no damage. Blade measures 30 inches long, is straight and also shows no damage. Just a beauty of a sword and is of a rarer design.
