Stunning overall condition on this rare cap. The body of the cap has great shape with a nice high peak and no mothing whatsoever. The insignia is mint and the officer cord chinstrap has a nice frosty look to it. Interior of the cap is just as nice with a deluxe style unmarked sweatband which shows nearly no wear at all. The sweat diamond is excellent and has the maker mark in gold writing. Hard to improve upon this fine example Medical visor.
