Description
This is an extremly large size 71 helmet has a production number 4521 and probally started out as a double decal given the low number. Having owned dozens of these helmets I would say this helmet was taken off a severly wounded or dead paratrooper. the liner shows blood staining and is dried out over the years. The straps are still sound but somewhat stiff from the blood staining. Also shows some minor field repairs to the vent holes in the liner. The interior bolts are rusted as to be expected. The really super part of the helmet is the exteriors sexy colored camo. Threes tones of green color and a yellowish tan make it a truley beautiful piece. The bolts still retain the paint which proves it was never played with. Only has minor edge wear, but the camo should rate around 90%. The helmet is absolutely exceptional.
