Description
This dagger is made by Carl Burgsmuller, Berlin. The blade on this dagger is near flawless. It has all of its original cross graining and has minimum runner marks. It retains its original felt buffer. Grip is without damage. There is some plating wear to the guards which is very common with the war pieces. The scabbard retains near 100% original paint and again there is some light wear to the fittings, but would overall say it is about 90 – 95% intact. As with most early pieces, the screws are recessed on the lower fitting. The clip is GRGM marked.
